Three years ago, we began a major renovation. On the foundations of what was once a dog shelter, we built this place with a lot of love and our own two hands. The result? A cosy, welcoming place that we are very proud of – and where we hope you will have just as much fun as we do! We would like to give you a warm welcome to our little paradise. Breakfast package: If you have opted for the breakfast package, you will find a well-stocked fridge in the apartment filled with delicious products, allowing you to start your day entirely at your own pace. You can freshly bake the rolls in the airfryer. The eggs can be fried or boiled to your liking using the egg cooker. You can find the manual for the egg cooker at the bottom of this page. We kindly ask you to place the empty containers and bottles in the crate in the hallway after breakfast. No need to wash them, we are happy to do that for you! Thank you very much for your cooperation. If you have ordered breakfast for multiple days, we will come by around 5:00 PM to restock the fridge for the next morning. To keep the airfryer clean, we kindly ask you to always use the provided liner trays. Please do not forget to turn on the extractor hood during use.
To prevent unnecessary washing, we only change the linens and towels upon request. Would you like clean towels or fresh bedding? Feel free to ask us!
Because everyone sleeps differently, we like to ensure the perfect comfort. By default, the bed is made with a slightly lower pillow. Do you prefer sleeping on a higher or firmer pillow? No problem! A higher pillow is waiting for you in the drawer underneath the bed.
Would you like to explore the area by bike? There are four bicycles available here that you can use for free. They are not luxury electric models, but great classic city bikes that are perfect for a trip into town or a ride around the neighbourhood. Just let us know if you would like to take them out!

Apartement & Underfloor heating
The ground floor of the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating for a constant and pleasant temperature. It takes a few hours for an adjustment of the thermostat to become noticeable. We have already configured the baseline setting to a comfortable temperature for you. If you would structurally prefer it to be slightly warmer or cooler, please adjust the temperature in small steps.
An EV charging station is available in our parking area. Use of this station is only possible in consultation and for a fee. Would you like to charge your car? Please let us know.
To keep the airfryer clean, we kindly ask you to always use the provided liner trays. Please do not forget to turn on the extractor hood during use.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV. This means that the TV is connected to the Wi-Fi and packed with useful apps. We have a special subscription to NLZIET for our guests. This allows you to easily watch live (linear) TV with all the well-known channels. Click on 'apps' and choose NLZiet. You will be logged in automatically. Would you prefer to use services like Netflix, Videoland, or Disney+? You can! You can open these apps on the TV and log in with your own account details. Tip: Please do not forget to log out of the apps before departure, so that the next guests cannot access your account.

House rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to observe the house rules below.
Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM at the latest. Other times are only possible in consultation and are subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. For fire safety reasons, the use of candles or other open flames is not allowed. LED candles are permitted.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Parties, gatherings, and other group activities are not permitted. The accommodation is solely intended for recreational use by the number of guests specified during booking.
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, we request guests to avoid noise disturbances so that everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep.
We ask guests to use the apartment and its inventory with care. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. Damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment neat and tidy upon departure.
We request guests to separate their waste and place it in the designated bins.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely. In that case, a refund will only be granted if and to the extent that it is reasonable given the circumstances of the case.
Egg Cooker Manual
You can cook one to seven eggs at the same time. Depending on the amount of water you add, the eggs will be hard, medium, or soft-boiled. The recommendations are based on average-sized eggs: variations will affect the cooking time.
Measure the desired amount of cold water using the small measuring cup.
Pour the cold water into the heating plate/bowl.
With the egg piercer (on the bottom of the measuring cup), you can pierce the eggs on the blunt side.
Place the eggs in the egg holder and place it together with the lid onto the base unit.
Insert the plug into the socket and press the power button to activate the appliance.
The eggs are now being boiled.
When the eggs have reached the desired hardness, you will hear an acoustic signal.
Remove the lid and take the egg holder with the eggs off the base unit. Rinse the eggs under cold water to cool them down quickly.
You can now serve the eggs.
